We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead a new initiative within the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Governance Program, focused on Software Acquisition Diligence. This role involves working independently to support cross-functional teams in evaluating build vs. buy decisions, conducting technical assessments, and automating decision-making workflows. You will be the sole representative of the program in India, acting as its technical face and driving innovation through hands-on development and strategic architecture.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead technical assessments and decision-making processes for software acquisition (Build vs. Buy). - Collaborate with various teams to gather requirements, conduct research, and challenge assumptions. - Design and develop automated workflows to streamline software evaluation and governance processes. - Build technical capabilities and prototypes as needed to support program goals. - Represent the program in India, working closely with global stakeholders. - Contribute to the development of scalable, future-ready architecture solutions.

Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 10 years of experience in software architecture and development. - Strong background in solution architecture, with hands-on experience in designing and building enterprise-grade systems. - Proficiency in Java and full-stack development. Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional collaboration. - Experience in automating business processes and developing technical workflows. - Must be based in Bangalore, Chennai, or Gurgaon, and able to work from the client's office.
