This position has a starting pay range of $15.49 to $15.99 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness on the sales floor and store
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Retail customer experience is preferred
