Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers and applying customer experience principles
• Model positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to operating procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
• Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible schedule to support business needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Teamwork with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience is a plus
