Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze data across functions—Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance—to generate insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to analyze user behavior, product usage, and feature adoption to guide product development.
- Navigate complex data schemas and triangulate data from multiple sources to perform comprehensive analysis.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to visualize key metrics.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements through analysis and testing.
- Support building foundational processes and infrastructure for scaling business operations.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively to all stakeholders.
- Partner with team leads on strategic projects such as pricing, forecasting, and customer segmentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with messy data and ambiguity.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with SQL and handling large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exposure to data engineering concepts.
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Vitaly, Metabase.
