Eastern Lift Truck Co. - Account Manager

Currently, we are seeking an Account Manager to support our Middlesex, New Jersey territory.

Main Duties:

• Grow aftermarket sales within your territory
• Contribute to the team effort by meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers
• Make 50+ "Touches" per day
• Provide superior customer service
• Prepare daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly & annual territory analysis

Requirements:

• Outside Sales experience preferred
• High energy individual with a "hunter mentality"
• Results-oriented, self-starter able to work independently
• Strong competitive drive
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships
• Unwavering customer service focus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills
• Technologically fluent (Word and Excel skills)
• Industry experience preferred
• College Degree preferred

A Day in the Life:

This is a true Outside Sales Position, with four days out in your territory and one in-office day to build key relationships at your branch. You will establish new relationships within the territory and maintain existing business, including selling contracts for maintenance and repair programs for material handling equipment.
