Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate management reporting
  • Monitor variance analysis.
  • Support consolidation of group accounts and management dashboards.

Accounting Operations

  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial postings within the ERP system.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of all accounting records.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors during audits and support internal audit requirements.
  • Strengthen internal financial controls and risk management practices.

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Perform financial analysis to support management in decision-making.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, profitability, and cash flow management.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments (HR, Operations, Sales) to ensure financial alignment with business needs.
  • Act as second-in-command to the Finance Manager, stepping in during absence when required.
  • A professional certification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) is required.
  • Applicants must possess a minimum of 6-10 years of progressive finance experience, which includes at least 2 years in a management position.
  • Essential: Demonstrated hands-on expertise with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT/Corporate Tax) is necessary.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership abilities are required.
  • Must have the capability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
