Your expertise in financial reporting and analysis will be crucial to ensuring compliance, supporting leadership, and maintaining the financial health of our operations across multiple business units.## Why You’ll Love Working Here:* **Career Advancement**: Clear career paths and opportunities for advancement within the company.* **Employee Well-being**: Focus on employee health and well-being with various wellness programs and initiatives.* **Sustainability Commitment**: Work for a company committed to sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment.* **Inclusive Workplace**: An inclusive and diverse workplace where all employees are valued and respected.## What You’ll Be Doing:• Review cash control sheets, including transaction postings, EFT payments, bank file uploads, and reconciliations • Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations for JPL and JMD • Record and reconcile intercompany balances, including chargebacks • Assist ATP with monthly, interim, and year-end reporting packages • Review weekly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and recommending adjustments • Reconcile and post monthly credit card entries and prepare accruals • Provide tax team with backup schedules (income, sales, and usage tax data) • Prepare and enter monthly general accruals • Finalize and load monthly close results into Cognos for JPL and JMD • Distribute daily sales and order information for JPL and JMD • Maintain fixed assets, including capital-in-process records • Analyze and review key accounts as needed • Manage MedTech and Parlex accounts payable processes, including vouching, reconciling, and disbursements • Support special projects such as ERP conversions and financial system improvements## What We’re Looking For:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Several years of experience in accounting or financial reporting (manufacturing preferred) • Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting and reconciliations • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (Cognos a plus) • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial controls • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines## Bonus Points If You Have:• CPA designation or working towards it • Experience with ERP conversions or system implementations## ## How to Apply:Apply online at – We can’t wait to meet you!***Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team***Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
