As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be customer service. You’ll interact with people across all shifts in a variety of settings. If you’re looking to be at the heart of exciting events and provide exceptional service, this role is for you!

• Schedule: 8 - 12 hours per shift, Flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Must be articulate and professional when interacting with guests, the events team (event owners, coordinators), and security staff
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must; this is a guest services type role
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Escalate incidents appropriately via radio or Pixel to GSOC (Global Security Ops Center) or on-site security
• Ability to read and understand maps to help direct guests throughout the campus

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• Hold a state security license and additional 32hr BSIS security trainings (additional trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have a valid CA driver license and clean driving record
• 6 months security experience preferred
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
