Overview

As a Car Delivery Driver at our Wayne State store located at 5171 Anthony Wayne Drive, Detroit MI 48202, you are the primary face customers see when cookies are delivered. You help bring the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe manner
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers in person or by phone
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus
• Must have your own car, valid license, current registration, and valid insurance
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle background check
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older
