Marketing Manager SSU is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital and traditional marketing, campaign management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for connecting with customers to elevate our brand and support business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business goals and growth.
- Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, email, social media), print, and event marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
- Oversee content creation, including blog posts, whitepapers, email newsletters, and social media content.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) and external vendors or agencies.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximized impact.
- Supervise and mentor marketing team members, assigning tasks and setting clear goals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Prior experience in [industry, e.g., SaaS, retail, healthcare] a plus.
