Base pay range
$85,000.00/hr - $115,000.00/hr

About the Role
As our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and recruiting efforts across our markets. You'll manage an internal team and external agency partnerships, overseeing content creation, digital marketing strategy, email campaigns, and social media strategies. The ideal candidate for this role combines a strategic mindset, with hands-on execution ability and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. They also can prioritize and manage multiple projects, and have a deep understanding of marketing performance metrics, with the ability to adapt strategies based on KPIs to meet evolving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across locations to drive for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and assist in recruiting initiatives.
- Leadership: Supervise internal marketing staff and external vendors (creative agencies, freelancers, etc.)
- Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (sales, recruiting, operations, finance) and external agencies to align on goals and successfully execute marketing initiatives across all channels.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of marketing content including social media posts, video scripts, sales collateral, newsletters, and blogs.
- Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and other campaigns in collaboration with agency partners.
- Email Marketing: Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, re-engage past customers, and support recruiting initiatives.
- Social Media Management: Lead organic and paid strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and voice across all touchpoints; evolve the brand with market expansion.
- Marketing Performance and Reporting: Develop and manage consistent reporting processes to track campaign performance, ROI by channel and location, and key marketing KPIs to provide actionable insights, support budget optimization, and guide strategic decision-making. Deliver regular performance reports/dashboards and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Budget Oversight: Oversee and manage a marketing budget, optimizing spend and resource allocation based on campaign performance, market trends, and overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to make decisions based on KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in the home services or construction industry is a plus.
- Experience with CRM management.
