An ideal opportunity to perform diverse marketing functions, serving as the lead communications manager for Miele's built-in residential appliances, including all culinary, refrigeration and dishwasher appliances. Working to build the Miele brand and to support each product throughout its lifecycle. Extensive collaboration with internal departments (primarily Category Management and Sales) and international HQ-based counterparts (primarily BCX and MXA). Communication platforms to include : offline & online marketing, brochure creation, in-store POS, promotional materials, etc.
Your Responsibilities
- Facilitate the creative execution of offline and online advertising campaigns to promote all residential products within Miele's culinary, refrigeration and dishwasher portfolio.
- Work with Miele's international Brand Communications Team (BCX) and Digital Marketing Team (MXA) to launch new product and / or product campaigns.
- Develop market and / or campaign-specific creative briefs as required, along with relevant competitor analysis.
- Lead oversight / direction of the national media plan for all residential products within Miele's culinary, refrigeration and dishwasher portfolio.
- Collaborate with media agents on strategy, planning, procurement, execution and reporting.
- Lead oversight / direction of the digital presence for all residential products on mieleusa.com and owned channels.
- Monitor and update Miele's consumer website for content accuracy, brand experience and user interface.
- Conduct in-depth competitor and industry analysis.
- Assist with the creative development and print production of category-related brochures and collateral materials.
- Help facilitate content and imagery selection, in compliance with branding and corporate identity guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal product and brand management teams, along with external creative partners when required.
- Develop creative briefs and related competitor analysis as needed.
- Provide oversight of Miele's brand presence within various distribution channels and monitor in-store materials including displays, signage, and point-of-purchase tools.
- Ensure CI compliance is supported and achieved at all points of contact.
- Coordinate and facilitate category-related consumer sales promotions related to creative execution and placement.
- Develop related marketing kits (and supporting asset packs), oversee online promotional messaging and ensure delivery/posting of dealer-related assets for local activation.
- Serve as a brand steward for Miele, developing, protecting and promoting the brand across touchpoints and content channels.
- Specialized area of content focus: Miele Experience Centers (MECs) & Architects & Designers (AD) Division.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications with 5-7 years of professional experience in a related field (ideally within the high-end, consumer durables arena).
- Experience with the strategic development and execution of integrated communication platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $86,000 annually plus bonus. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education, experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
