Job Description:

  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns for residential and commercial properties across key U.S. markets (Phoenix, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle).
  • Align marketing strategies with leasing and sales goals; track performance and report on ROI across digital and offline efforts.
  • Partner with leasing, development, and asset management teams to develop tailored messaging and positioning for each property.
  • Support brand development and long-term portfolio positioning across property types and markets.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for lease-ups, stabilized multifamily assets, and commercial listings (retail, office).
  • Manage ongoing marketing support for occupied communities, including resident retention efforts, events, and communications.
  • Maintain and update property websites to reflect current availability, promotions, and accurate branding.
  • Oversee all public-facing review platforms (Google, Yelp, Apartments.com, etc.), ensuring timely and professional responses in alignment with brand tone.
  • Coordinate commercial marketing efforts including collateral, signage, broker outreach, and listing maintenance.
  • Maintain quarterly updates of commercial space availability and marketing materials.
  • Direct the development of creative marketing assets including ads, brochures, renderings, video content, floor plans, and signage.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all properties and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with internal designers and external creative vendors.
  • Manage customer journeys using CRM tools (e.g., Yardi/RentCafe), including automated email campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Support paid media strategies across social media, Google Ads, ILS platforms, and display networks.
  • Optimize web presence with SEO best practices, landing page enhancements, and content updates.
  • Manage external vendor relationships across print, digital, signage, photo/video, and fabrication.
  • Oversee production timelines, approvals, and marketing budgets.
  • Serve as the marketing liaison to development, leasing, construction, and property management teams.
  • Assist in public relations and community engagement.
  • Support internal team initiatives with reporting, presentations, and insights.
  • Maintain internal marketing archives, documentation, and asset libraries.
  • Assist with leadership presentations, analytics summaries, and performance recaps.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office setting in Phoenix, AZ. Occasional site visits or marketing events may be required. Limited travel to other markets may occur.

Physical Demands:

Requires standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling. Up to 25 pounds may be lifted or moved. Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
