Marketing Support Manager - Recruitment Marketing. Our client, a large telecom company in Dallas, is looking for a Marketing Support Manager for a full-time on-site contract through Spring 2026. The position will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruiting marketing strategies that elevate the company’s presence among early career talent. This role will focus on driving awareness, engagement, and meaningful connections with students, recent graduates, and emerging professionals. The Marketing Support Manager will design and lead dynamic campaigns that highlight the company’s culture, purpose, and career opportunities. Leveraging digital platforms, social media, job boards, campus events, and experiential activations, this role will help position the company as an employer of choice for early career candidates. This position requires 5-days/week onsite in Dallas and will be starting immediately through Spring 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support recruiting initiatives, with a focus on early career talent.
  • Design, plan, and manage integrated marketing campaigns that promote the company’s culture, values, and opportunities.
  • Leverage digital channels—including social media, career websites, and job boards—to engage with prospective candidates.
  • Partner with recruiting, HR, and business teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with talent acquisition goals.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, content, and collateral for career fairs, campus events, and experiential activations.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in employer branding, digital recruiting, and campus engagement strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including universities, career centers, and event vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition marketing; prior recruiting marketing experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and results.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, and recruitment advertising.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing events, activations, or campus engagement programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
