Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Trainer Manager located in Sevierville, TN. The Marketing Trainer Manager will be responsible for developing and conducting comprehensive training programs for the marketing team, focusing on effective communication, marketing strategies, and sales techniques. They will also monitor training outcomes, provide feedback for improvement, work in the field when there are no training classes, shadow trainees out in the field, and ensure the team stays updated with the latest marketing trends and practices.
