Overview

Integrated Marketing Manager at J.M. Huber Corporation (HEW division). Reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications and will play a key role in delivering industry leading brand experiences and building world-class brands, working with our content marketing manager and channel marketing manager to develop consistent, integrated plans for all brands and all channels.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing communications strategic planning process, developing integrated marketing strategies and priorities in partnership with brand teams.
  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including campaign and creative development, paid media, and automated marketing; ensure seamless execution from planning through completion aligned with goals to drive repeatable, scalable results while meeting deadlines and campaign objectives.
  • Manage a team consisting of media specialist, automated marketing specialist, graphic designers and copywriter.
  • Create and implement audience-focused messaging based on product and solution differentiators, audience personas, and buyer’s journey for target segments.
  • Understand and articulate the key brand message for product lines and service offerings.
  • Lead the development of marketing materials such as campaign assets, web content, social media, email marketing, video, third party advertising, earned media, and sales enablement resources.
  • Analyze and measure marketing program performance, communicate results, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop campaign KPIs and tactics consistent with brand positioning and audience target; ensure consistent brand expression while delivering against brand, financial and business objectives.
  • Directly manage marketing communications budget and collaborate with product team to manage activities for each brand budget; support brand budget management with recommendations on allocation.
  • Serve as a brand steward by planning and driving strategies to strengthen brand position.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities aligned with product management objectives.
  • Steer and coordinate cross-functional projects with Industry, Product Management, and Customer Experience teams as appropriate.
  • Foster collaborative, integrated working relationships across key team members to achieve business objectives and growth.
  • Serve as a liaison with agency and cross-functional partners to translate marketing strategies into annual plans.

Key Competencies, Motivators & Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in a relevant field and/or relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage a team while leading and executing projects.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing, brand management, communications, media relations, product management, and sales enablement.
