Salary: $85,000 – $115,000 annually (estimated based on market trends and firm size)
The Firm: A full-service law firm recognized among New Jersey’s largest and fastest growing, providing tailored legal counsel to clients nationwide, including in specialized verticals such as dental law, high-net-worth estates, and healthcare M&A. The firm is expanding across corporate and transactional groups and seeks strategic marketing leadership to support client development and brand strength.
Description: This is a high-impact opportunity for a marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced legal or professional services environment. As Marketing & Business Development Manager, you will oversee marketing strategy and execution for several legal practice groups, including a nationally recognized dental law center. The role combines campaign management, content strategy, attorney branding, and digital marketing with execution and delivery to generate leads and elevate the firm’s brand and visibility. The role involves balancing creative thinking with detail-driven execution, owning initiatives from idea through ROI. Responsibilities include supporting and collaborating with attorneys on marketing materials, bios and professional profiles, implementing SEO strategy for the firm at large, and leading email marketing campaigns and social media schedules.
Responsibilities
- Oversee marketing strategy and execution for multiple legal practice groups, including dental law.
- Develop and manage campaigns, content strategy, attorney branding, and digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with attorneys on marketing materials, bios, and professional profiles.
- Implement firm-wide SEO strategy and head email marketing campaigns and social media schedules.
- Drive lead generation and enhance the firm’s brand and visibility.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and media professionals to ensure brand consistency and value for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional services marketing experience preferred
- Strong project management skills and deadline accountability
- Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills
- Proficient in WordPress, LinkedIn, Canva / Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Monday, Salesforce is a plus
- Confident building relationships with vendors, designers, and media professionals
- Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand consistency and client value
