Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all digital marketing efforts, including paid media campaigns, website oversight, Martech integrations, and performance reporting. This role emphasizes data-driven strategies, digital advertising, and optimization of online customer experiences. The Digital Marketing Manager ensures that digital investments deliver measurable ROI and align with broader marketing strategies.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (PPC, geofencing, Meta, programmatic).
- Oversee website structure, wireframes, and digital experience audits.
- Lead Martech setup, including Google Analytics, tracking pixels, GMB, and related tools.
- Oversee ILS contracts, launch and maintenance of listings (Zillow, Apartments.com, Apartmentlist.com)
- Analyze and report on digital campaign performance, providing insights and ROI metrics.
- Manage relationships with digital agencies and vendors.
- Oversee reputation management platforms, including access and approvals.
- Track and manage marketing budgets and expenses for digital campaigns.
- Support event initiatives through digital campaign execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a performance-focused background.
- 2 years of experience in Management position required.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and digital analytics/reporting tools.
- Experience with website management (UX/UI best practices, SEO fundamentals).
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Martech platforms and integrations.
- Budget and expense management experience.
- Ability to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Essential Functions
- Report to the Office daily to adhere to schedule that can include weekends and holidays
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
- Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
- Lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Reliable transportation that meets job responsibilities
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication in English.
