Bilingual Marketing Manager - Overview

Our client is a large, mission-driven national organization expanding its marketing team as part of a multi-year growth roadmap. They are seeking a Bilingual Marketing Manager for a 2-year contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent hire.

Salary / Hourly Rate: $50 / hr

Work arrangement: Hybrid; work 2 days onsite per week. Location: NYC area (hybrid).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital and growth marketing campaigns across social, email, and web platforms.
  • Lead Spanish-language campaigns, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and program management.
  • Manage campaign performance reporting, analyze KPIs, and optimize strategies for engagement and ROI.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Contribute to a multi-year national growth roadmap.

Required Experience / Skills

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, with emphasis on digital strategy and growth marketing.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, web content management systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience within mission-driven or nonprofit organizations.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
