Salary : $85,000 – $115,000 annually (estimated based on market trends and firm size)

The Firm : A full-service law firm recognized among New Jersey’s largest and fastest growing, this organization provides tailored legal counsel to clients nationwide, including in specialized verticals such as dental law, high-net worth estates and healthcare M&A. With ongoing expansion across corporate and transactional groups, the firm is investing in strategic marketing leadership to support continued client development and brand strength.

Responsibilities

• Oversee marketing strategy and execution for several legal practice groups, including a nationally recognized dental law center.
• Manage campaigns, content strategy, attorney branding, and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with attorneys on marketing materials, bios, and professional profiles.
• Implement SEO strategy for the firm at-large and head email marketing campaigns and social media schedules.
• Balance creative thinking with detail-driven execution from idea through ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional services marketing experience preferred
• Strong project management skills and deadline accountability
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills
• Proficient in WordPress, LinkedIn, Canva / Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Suite
• Experience with Customer Relation Modules such as HubSpot, Zoho, Monday, Salesforce etc. is a plus
• Confident building relationships with vendors, designers, and media professionals
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand consistency and client value
