About the Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with the Senior Designer, the Graphic Designer plays a key role in conceptualizing, building, and revising graphics with a cutting-edge vision and flexible mindset. You’ll showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating a talent for creativity, typography, color theory, layout, and branding.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Turn concepts into pixels. Partner with our Web Developer to deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and production-ready assets for multiple startup websites
  • Build brands from zero to one. Own logo creation, color systems, typography, and brand guidelines
  • Elevate marketing touchpoints. Design email templates, social graphics, pitch decks, and ad creatives that drive traction and investment
  • Juggle and prioritize. Manage overlapping deadlines across 5-10 brands, knowing how to wear many hats and produce high-quality assets rapidly
  • Produce high-quality marketing materials/signage, including, but not limited to, posters, billboards, and banners for business advertisement

About You

Required Experience

  • 1-2 years of professional graphic or visual design experience
  • A portfolio showcasing web/UI work and brand systems that have shipped
  • Mastery of AdobeCC and Figma (or Sketch/XD); comfort with basic HTML/CSS is a plus
  • Willingness to learn, with the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt your style across a wide array of brands and industries
  • Entrepreneurial, with the ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of graphic design in a fast-paced, results-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an agency or multi-client environment

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary of $65,000-75,000 commensurate with experience
  • Flexible, hybrid work arrangement (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
