Role Overview

As a YouTube Thumbnail Editor, you'll play a crucial role in capturing the essence of our press clients' videos through compelling thumbnails that drive viewer engagement and enhance our digital presence. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that reflect the thematic content of each video and attract clicks.
• Work collaboratively with video editors and content creators to ensure a cohesive visual style that aligns with client branding.
• Manage a high volume of thumbnail creation for a diverse clientele, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Requirements

Compensation

• Competitive pay structure: $3 per short-form thumbnail and $10 per long-form YouTube thumbnail.
