Job Title

Graphic Production Designer

Team/Reporting: Reports to Assoc. Creative Director, Site

Job Description

• The Graphic Designer supports team leaders for site to maintain the creative projection for site creative.
• Ability to manage multiple projects through tight deadlines and large volumes of work.
• Expertise in both production and design; the role is production-focused with emphasis on accuracy, speed, flexibility, and digital technical skills.
• A strong eye for design to elevate layouts and presentation to the customer.
• The position reports directly to the Assoc. Creative Director, Site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production aspects of site cues handed off from art directors/designers (execute changes to type, layouts, and file management).
• Ensure pixel-perfect production and delivery.
• Attend weekly briefings with partners and Creative Review with Creative leadership.
• Make in-season updates to promo creative and ensure they are carried through future weeks.
• Partner with key cross-functional partners in the Creative department to maintain creative vision.
• Design projects with strategic guidance of graphic designers/art directors.

Qualifications

• Excellent graphic production skills (follows design format, builds templates and style sheets when applicable).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly organized; detail oriented.
• Self-motivated and independent thinker; understands the brand; high fashion taste level.
• Flexible to meet shifting priorities and/or unexpected problems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; willingness to work late when deadlines dictate.
• Knowledge of digital publishing a plus; team player.

Experience Required

• 2-3 years of graphic production experience.
• Fluency and proficiency in Adobe CC (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Media Encoder).
