Responsibilities
- Create conceptual and publish-ready designs for email, web, app, ads, and social media
- Support editorial and print design projects - packaging, mailers, event, and multi-page projects
- Bring experience designing for email, with knowledge of best practices
- Bring experience designing for websites, from UI components & art placements to full page builds
- Bring experience creating graphic placements for video production, including creation of motion graphic templates using the Adobe Suite
- Bring experience creating artwork using popular AI tools, including Midjourney, ChatGPT, Grok, RunwayML, etc.
- Work quickly and efficiently both independently and within a collaborative team
- Stay current on design trends and apply insights to strengthen PragerU’s visual content
- Develop user-friendly templates and collaborate with non-design staff on new formats
- Take in feedback thoughtfully and adapt designs to improve performance and impact
- Maintain and evolve visual consistency across all PragerU digital touchpoints in alignment with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to support campaign goals and product launches
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Prepare and deliver organized files, specs, and assets for internal and external teams
- Optimize designs for performance across platforms (email open rates, click-throughs, engagement, etc.)
- Assist with A/B testing visuals in ads and email campaigns to inform creative decisions
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative solutions that meet strategic objectives
- Stay up-to-date on platform-specific best practices (Meta, YouTube, mobile UX, etc.)
- Help ensure accessibility standards and mobile responsiveness in design output
- Work at a fast pace and be able to work well individually and as part of a team
Successful Candidates Will Possess
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere Pro) as well as Figma and Canva — required
- Experience designing templates for Figma and Canva — preferred
- Experience with Iterable, Mailchimp, or similar email marketing platforms — preferred
- Experience with Webflow, Contentful, Shopify and other website platforms — preferred
- Deep knowledge of AI models is a plus
- Experience with portrait, editorial, production, and conceptual photography — preferred
- Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design
- Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines with consistency and creativity
- Proven ability to create cohesive, campaign-level designs across digital platforms (email, web, mobile, ads, app)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to present ideas clearly and collaborate across teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- High attention to detail with strong commitment to quality control and design accuracy
- Familiarity with preparing assets for both digital and print formats
- Knowledge of social media design specs and best practices (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Comfortable interpreting performance data (CTR, engagement, etc.) to iterate on design effectiveness
- Past experience in Marketing or Production environments is a plus
