Senior Graphic Designer role at First Horizon Bank

Location: On site in Memphis, TN, Nashville, TN, Charlotte, NC, or New Orleans, LA.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Creative Director with the development of concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing and advertising channels
• Demonstrate strong design skills and an eye for quality
• Champion brand standards among the team and with cross-functional partners
• Deliver a project from concept to execution within prescribed timelines and budgetary requirements
• Apply extensive technical skills including Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, light HTML, and graphic animation techniques
• Leverage print production experience and expertise
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore best creative options and present designs

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, graphic design or related field
• 3+ years of related experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development
• Experience working in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to work independently on focused work
• Collaborative creative partner able to work with other creatives, cross-functional team members and vendors for larger campaigns
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate design and creative choices clearly and concisely
• A passion for the craft that inspires co-workers to elevate the work
