Graphic Designer - Social Media & Digital Marketing

Summary: Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a Graphic Designer who gets social and knows how to tell a visual story that performs. You’ll stay ahead of trends and create social-first visuals on the global social team, working with social strategists and content managers to design assets for our accounts, primarily focusing on the flagship Topps handle. Experience in trading cards or collectibles isn’t required, but a real interest in the culture of collecting is expected.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design daily content across social platforms, focusing on static graphics and visual storytelling.
  • Develop designs from brief to concept, aligning with creative direction, production schedule, and platform specifications.
  • Create and evolve templates for recurring content (breakers, hobby shops, product drops, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the social team to develop visual concepts that align with editorial and cultural moments.
  • Balance multiple projects, move fast, pivot quickly, and respond to real-time developments.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with quick-turning content daily.
  • Ensure creative deliverables adhere to brand style guides.
  • Monitor content performance and think critically about how design contributes to growth.
  • Present work clearly, accept feedback, and strive to improve with each iteration.

What You Will Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-paced environment, ideally with a high-profile brand.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion skills are a plus.
  • Strong portfolio with social-first design work.
  • Experience with social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of social media trends and narratives; adapting new resources/techniques where needed.
  • Track record of innovation and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • Interest in collectibles and trading cards.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $80,000, representing base pay only and not including short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training are considered as part of a final compensation package.
