Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Fiducient Advisors seeks a curious, dedicated, and humble Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team. In the HR Generalist role, you will leverage your experience in a wide variety of HR functions including engagement and culture, payroll, policy, benefits and leaves of absence. You will be seen as a valued member of the HR team and a central part of the firm’s fabric.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all benefit-related questions, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and life insurance.
- Lead the leave of absence process and disability-related needs for all colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal company policies.
- Work closely with the Head of HR on engagement initiatives, including leading employee resource groups and serving on the firm’s Engagement Committee.
- Partner with the Head of HR on Employee Handbook updates and policy changes.
- Play a critical role in offboarding processes and conducting exit interviews, tracking data and trends.
- Create HR forms, templates, internal communications and presentation materials as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries by providing information, guidance, and directions on programs, processes, and procedures.
- Partner with the Head of HR in the investigation process, including participation in interviews and completion of investigation summaries.
- Participate in communications, follow-up, and questions pertaining to the overall performance management process across the firm.
- Participate in the administration of compensation, bonus, and incentive programs.
- Oversee internal files and ensure data accuracy within the HRIS (Ulti-Pro) and other databases by performing regular audits.
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including severance documents, exit interview summaries, and promotion letters.
- Serve as back-up to the Sr. Talent Development Specialist as needed for special projects. Serve as back-up to the HRIS Specialist on onboarding, offboarding, and payroll-related topics.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Perform administrative duties and manage ad-hoc projects to support daily HR operations.
Required Education, Professional & Technical Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Three or more years’ experience in an HR Generalist (or equivalent) capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong understanding of HRIS, ATS or other HR-related system preferred
- Must exhibit a high degree of discretion and judgement
- Proven ability to clearly communicate to colleagues at all levels of the organization required
- Team-oriented attitude required; desire to work as part of a collaborative, productive team
- Thoughtful ability to establish rapport and build relationships.

- This role may travel up to 5% of the time for training and or business/events.
- This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
