Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, the Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.
Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, blended beverages, and specialty teas according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Take customer orders efficiently and communicate preparation instructions clearly to team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions to customers and make informed product recommendations based on preferences.
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays and merchandising areas.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate effective English communication skills, both verbal and written, when interacting with employees and guests at all levels in a professional, attentive, and service-oriented manner.
- Exhibit strong active listening skills with the ability to understand and address concerns raised by employees and guests.
- Display collaborative teamwork abilities and maintain a professional approach in all interactions.
- Successfully multitask and prioritize departmental responsibilities to meet operational deadlines.
- Approach all guest and team member interactions with enthusiasm, courtesy, and a commitment to exceptional hospitality.
- Obtain and maintain a valid Washington State Food Worker Card prior to employment.

Wage and Benefits
The wage for this position is $21.50 - $24.10/hr + Tips. This is a non-benefited role. Eligible employees may contribute to the 401(k); a minimum of 1,000 hours worked in a calendar year is required to qualify for the discretionary match (2-year vesting cliff).
All employees accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked up to a maximum of 64 hours per year. Ally Health benefit provides telemedicine and mental health access with a $4 weekly deduction. Includes coverage for dependents.
