Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for managing scheduling and handling all incoming calls to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Our Practice

Hiring Schedule

• Monday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Friday 8:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients with concierge care.
• Answer phones promptly, check office voicemail regularly, and respond to messages.
• Manage schedules by inputting and confirming patient appointments via phone and text.
• Enter new patient records accurately, update details, and assist with prescription calls as needed.
• Assist with various office duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or healthcare environment (preferred).
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

All benefits available at full-time employment (30+ hours weekly). Some benefits available for part-time employees as well.

Pay Range - $17/HR - $22/HR
