Acara Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our client on a Full Time Direct Hire opportunity available in Magnolia, TX. 77354

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist with billing, service setup, and account inquiries
- Guide customers through services, troubleshoot issues, and log interactions
- De-escalate issues and provide professional, empathetic support
- Coordinate with internal teams and escalate when necessary
- Stay up to date on company products, systems, and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong verbal, written, and active listening skills
- Professional under pressure with high-volume call experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools
- Quick to adapt and remain calm in high-stress situations
