Must have:
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of technology experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in integrating or constructing technical solutions and 2 years leading collaborative discussions to address business challenges. Please note that this position does not qualify for sponsorship; candidates must have indefinite employment authorization. Reliable transportation is essential, as you will be required to travel to various company locations within the DFW area (mileage for company work will be reimbursed).
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will deliver Level 0 and Level 1 support to our associates, diligently documenting your actions in incidents and service requests.
- You will identify potential operational challenges within projects and monitor system performance and troubleshoot alerts from various monitoring tools.
- You will engage with non-technical personnel and customers to negotiate solutions to issues.
- You will assist with system provisioning, perform technical analysis, and collaborate with others to resolve root causes of reported problems.
- You will contribute to the development and maintenance of operational documentation, proactively maintaining select systems, and participate in enhancing critical business processes.

Hours and Benefits:
Working hours will be from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and the number of in-office days will range from 2 to 5 days per week.
