By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts. The company recently raised a $260 million Series C to accelerate this mission and is launching new facilities and initiatives to support rapid growth.

In this role, you will be a critical member of a complex IT organization responsible for deploying, maintaining, and optimizing critical IT platforms and systems, collaborating with production experts, software engineers, and machining specialists to develop solutions for fully automated factories.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and troubleshoot our fleet of physical endpoints for workers in factories, remote offices, and devices embedded inside machining equipment
  • Be the first line of defense providing help desk support for employees
  • Implement and administer a mixed operating system environment
  • Work closely with Information Security and DevOps to ensure IT systems support ongoing growth
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement IT practices and standards
  • Document configurations and procedures, and maintain an up-to-date inventory of network devices and software at Hadrian factories
  • Implement and administer business and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, Confluence, Jira, and related engineering software
  • Build alongside a team of software engineers, mechanical engineers, operators, and machinists

What We’re Looking For

  • Skilled at administering and maintaining business platforms such as Google, Microsoft 365, Atlassian
  • Experience with cloud and Software-as-a-Service providers
  • End-to-end support for endpoints and related hardware (Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Linux, iOS, Android)
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID administration
  • Ability to create documentation to illustrate designs and help hires understand networks, platforms, and services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and collaborative
  • Ownership mindset to find solutions
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with quick iteration
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and principles
  • Ability to work from our Los Angeles Factory (Torrance)
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted

What Will Set You Apart

  • Knowledge of automating tasks using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar
  • Proficiency with networking switches (Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall, or similar)
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks (CMMC, NIST 800-171)
