CNC Press Brake Operator
Set up and operate CNC press brake: Read blueprints or job orders for specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, tooling instructions. Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering specifications and shop orders to determine machine setup, production methods and sequence of operations. Verify in process and final conformance of work-piece to specifications using measuring equipment such as tape measure, angle gauges and go no go gauges. First-run set ups unassisted and within acceptable time limits. Selection of proper tools, equipment and materials. Complete production and quality paperwork as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Mon - Fri 7:00am-3:30pm. 2 years minimum of verifiable experience setting up and operating a brake press. Other metal fabrication experience such as stamping, rolling, welding and machining is a plus. Benefits Employees are eligible for a full benefit package: 10 paid holidays + 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 18 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10. Medical, dental and vision insurance is offered at very reasonable rates. Family coverage is approximately $95 per week. Company paid life insurance for employee, optional coverage is available for family at additional discounted cost. Uniforms provided. Pay is weekly. Regularly scheduled performance reviews.
