Overview

Role - Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 12 Months + Extension Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE) Work Authorization: Lead OTM implementations and upgrades (Cloud or On-Prem). Configure and optimize modules like Order Management, Shipment Management, and Carrier Management. Design and manage integrations with ERP systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.). Customize workflows using Automation Agents and SQL/PLSQL. Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline transportation processes. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Implement and support Oracle WMS Cloud or EBS WMS modules. Conduct fit-gap analysis and functional design documentation. Configure inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless WMS integration with other systems. AS/400 (IBM iSeries)

Develop and maintain applications using RPG IV, RPGLE, CLLE, and DB2/400. Support legacy systems and modernize batch applications. Perform system analysis, debugging, and performance tuning. Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience across OTM, WMS, and AS/400 platforms. Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, OTM Cloud, and WMS Cloud. Proficiency in RPG programming and IBM iSeries system architecture. Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, BI Publisher, and integration tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants. We are an equal opportunity employer.
