6 months About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management team on a 6-month contract. This role will lead sourcing activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and relationship management across multiple categories. The position also supports procurement, purchase orders, and inventory management while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Technical Development, and other teams. Key Responsibilities
Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and business reviews Manage sourcing projects, RFP/RFQ processes, and supplier performance tracking Support procurement and inventory of components Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet development and commercialization needs Drive operational excellence and manage multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications
8+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or related manufacturing Strong experience with supplier/CMO management and contract negotiations ERP system experience (SAP preferred) Knowledge of GMPs, CMC, and regulatory requirements Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Experience with combination products (preferred) Ability to travel up to 20% Job Details
