The Senior Analyst will coordinate the reporting and valuation process for over 10 CJP portfolio companies, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the investment team. This role includes leading project management for new reporting initiatives, such as adopting AI solutions and implementing advanced IT tools, while acting as a liaison between the CJP team and the DC team on M&A execution and fund administration matters. Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Companies Reporting (30%):

Coordinate collection and updating of financial and non-financial data from portfolio companies; ensure accurate and timely financial review inputs; serve as a contact point for inquiries from the Fund Management team. Valuation (30%):

Support Deal team members during the valuation process; prepare initial drafts of valuation reports; act as a contact point for inquiries from the Fund Management team. M&A Execution & Fund Administration (15%):

Manage execution of documents during deal processes; handle internal reporting related to deal execution activities. IR-Related Support (15%):

Prepare responses for questions from LPs and internal/external materials with guidance from the IR team. Other Project Management (10%):

Lead CJP’s reporting and technology enhancement projects. Qualifications

Education:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred; exceptional candidates in other majors considered with relevant coursework or experience. Professional Experience:

3-5 years in an analytical/financial role in asset management; strong accounting or financial background. Competencies & Attributes:

Fluent in English and Japanese; advanced Microsoft Office skills required; strong analytical and quantitative skills.
