About the Role

As a

Sr. Product Marketing Manager

at Conductor, you will be a strategic partner to the business and the driving force behind our product’s success. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy for one of our flagship products, from shaping the narrative to executing flawless launches. You’ll collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Customer Success to translate customer needs into compelling messaging and content that drives business impact. This role places you at the forefront of the AI transformation and helps define best-in-class marketing in the age of AI. What Success Looks Like (Your First 90 Days)

In your first 30 days (Learn & Connect):

Build foundational knowledge about our market, product, and audiences. Meet with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, review customer feedback and market research, and become a power user of the Conductor platform. In your first 60 days (Analyze & Contribute):

Partner on your first feature release, conduct a competitive analysis for your product area, draft messaging and sales collateral, and identify gaps in the current go-to-market strategy. In your first 90 days (Own & Influence):

Take ownership of the go-to-market plan for a major upcoming launch, lead cross-functional planning, and present strategic recommendations to marketing and revenue leadership. What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

End-to-End Go-to-Market:

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, launch execution, and sales enablement. Shape the Product Roadmap:

Partner with Product and R&D to manage and communicate the external-facing roadmap and align internal teams and customers. Create Compelling Content & Collateral:

Produce and repurpose materials across the customer journey (web copy, datasheets, product demo videos, case studies, competitive guides). Educate and Enable Teams:

Create sales enablement materials to empower Sales and Customer Success. Be the Voice of the Customer:

Translate customer insights into a clear value proposition and market-resonant messaging. Measure and Analyze Impact:

Track and report the impact of product marketing initiatives and use data to inform strategy. Drive Strategic Decision Making:

Partner with senior leadership to shape marketing and business strategy and drive high-priority initiatives. What You'll Bring (Qualifications)

Minimum

8 years of relevant experience

in product marketing, brand strategy, or agency/consulting roles. Experience in

B2B SaaS ; AI and/or MarTech product experience is a plus. Track record of executing go-to-market strategies end-to-end. Strong strategic acumen with ability to partner with executives on high-priority initiatives. Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and effective collateral. Project management and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on skills in copywriting, presentations, and project management tools; familiarity with design tools and product analytics is a plus. Team player with curiosity and a proactive, collaborative spirit. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based programs. The NYC base salary range for this role is $125,000 - $161,000, with placement based on experience.
