What You Will Be Doing
Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and firewalls, ensuring stability, security, and efficiency
Manage the Firm’s cloud systems, servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring systems are up to date and compliant with firm protocols
Lead internal IT projects, vendor quotes, and technology purchases while ensuring cost-effectiveness
Direct and support the IT team, including staffing, scheduling, training, and mentorship to ensure excellent service delivery
Serve as a technical escalation point and provide hands-on support when necessary
Establish and maintain disaster recovery plans, testing backup procedures to ensure business continuity
Create, update, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and technical documentation
Deliver ongoing IT training to staff and ensure successful adoption of firm technologies
What You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer services, network services, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 10 years of IT experience with strong network and server management background
Hands-on experience troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues
Proven leadership experience managing IT teams and developing talent
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Windows (current versions)
Microsoft Active Directory
Microsoft Office 365
Network, database, and hardware/software architecture
Strong understanding of IT best practices, compliance, and security protocols
A valid driver’s license (or equivalent legal authorization to operate a vehicle)
Access to reliable transportation to travel to various office and client locations as required
Delivers after-hours emergency service by monitoring emails, ticketing system, and phone calls before and after business during busy season
