Attorney and Vice President - Life Sciences Legal Recruitment. Our client is a well-established, mission-driven MedTech company seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its growing and dynamic legal team. The individual will work as a generalist and cross-functionally with internal stakeholders on a variety of legal matters including corporate governance, commercial contracts, data privacy, healthcare regulatory law, M&A, and HR practices. The company offers fully remote flexibility and a collaborative, tight-knit work culture. Base pay range
$185,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements (e.g., vendor, supply, distribution, licensing, consulting) Provide legal support to business units including R&D, sales, marketing, and operations Advise on regulatory compliance including Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, FDA and other applicable healthcare regulations Assist with due diligence, deal structuring, and integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions Advise on risk mitigation strategies and insurance matters Support various employment and HR matters as they arise Requirements
JD with 5-10 years of legal experience Knowledge of Healthcare compliance, M&A, and commercial contracts Medical Device, Healthcare, or Life Sciences Industry experience Law Firm and In-House experience A can-do attitude who can work collaboratively with various levels of employees Excellent organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience with the life sciences industry preferred Seniority level
