San Diego . This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to contribute to transformative residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects across Southern California. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the design and execution of land development projects from initial planning through construction. You\'ll work closely with a collaborative team of engineers and planners, contributing to technical design, client coordination, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities
Develop site layout, grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management designs. Assist in preparing construction documents, cost estimates, and permitting packages. Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and subconsultants to ensure project success. Perform engineering calculations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Support project managers and mentor junior staff as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required). 2-5 years of experience in land development design. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication and organizational skills. EIT certification preferred; PE track encouraged. What\'s Offered
