The attorney will focus on real estate litigation and provide ongoing legal support for a wide range of matters tied to property management, compliance, and operational issues. This is a high-impact role where you will have visibility across the organization and play a key role in supporting its continued expansion. Key Responsibilities
Handle litigation matters related to real estate, landlord/tenant disputes, and property management. Provide legal counsel on compliance, operational, and regulatory issues. Represent the company in disputes, hearings, and negotiations. Advise on real estate transactions, leases, and development projects. Ensure adherence to state and federal laws governing real estate and housing. Collaborate with leadership to evaluate legal risks and develop strategies for long-term growth. Qualifications
Licensed attorney in California with strong litigation experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience, ideally with a focus on real estate litigation. Background in landlord-tenant law, mobile home residency law, rent control, or property rights preferred. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. What We Offer
