Legal Data Entry & Compliance Consultant
to join their Court Order Compliance team. This is a
100% in-office position
in a
high-volume environment . While primarily focused on data entry, this role also involves
handling high-volume calls
and
distributing voicemail messages . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in legal operations and public safety support. The schedule is Wednesday through Saturday from 4:00pm-3:00am. There will be four weeks of training at the beginning of the position. The training schedule is M-F from 8:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities
Accurately enter legal process data into the workflow management system within time limits. Communicate with law enforcement agencies regarding life-threatening situations, authenticate callers, and provide necessary customer records. Distribute voicemail messages and manage high call volumes with professionalism and urgency. Ensure all cases are documented and managed end-to-end in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures. Compile, verify, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check output. Resolve data issues using standard procedures or escalate to a team lead/supervisor. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in all tasks. Perform general administrative duties including copying, filing, sorting, and mail distribution. Qualifications
0–3 years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient typing and transcription skills. Solid computer and technical skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer service experience is a plus. Willingness to learn basic legal concepts, terminology, and procedures. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and escalate issues appropriately. Legal background, education, experience, or paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.
