The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing clerical support to the Marketing Reps and Marketing Manager. Responsibilities
Assist with sending out renewal letters to current insureds every month. Assist with loss report information from current and past insurance companies for upcoming renewals and prospective clients. Assist the Marketing Reps in doing vehicle and driver schedules and ordering motor vehicle reports. Other clerical duties as assigned by management. Requirements
Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work effectively with others. Have a positive, team-oriented attitude to work with a large variety of responsibilities. Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. 1-2 years in commercial insurance is preferred but not required. Knowledge or Applied EPIC systems is preferred but not required. Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Benefits & Perks

The base compensation range for this position is $23 - $24 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. EEO:
