Our client, a Long Island–based law firm, is seeking a motivated and responsible Associate Attorney to join their Melville office. The ideal candidate will bring several years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including No-Fault matters and SIU investigations. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience conducting EUOs, providing coverage opinions to insurance carriers, and orally arguing motions in court is required. Handling and managing litigation files from inception through trial. Preparing motions and memorandums of law. Conducting Depositions and Examinations Under Oath. Drafting Declaratory Judgment Actions. Drafting reports and providing file analysis. Court and arbitration appearances in court and remote settings. Qualifications
Several years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including No-Fault matters and SIU investigations.
