JOIN US The Industry Marketing Manager (IMM) is a strategist focused on one or more business sectors, responsible for crafting, aligning, and executing marketing plans that integrate the needs and initiatives of the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams for specific vertical markets (e.g., mining, pulp & paper, oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals). Aware of clients specific needs, familiar with our solutions, and attuned to the business realities of their assigned sectors, the IMM drives demand through a series of targeted, data-driven, and technically accurate tactics, as well as thought leadership content that empowers sales teams and positions the company as a trusted leader. Success in this role relies on close alignment and ongoing collaboration with internal teams to ensure that marketing plans reflect business unit priorities, market realities, and customer needs. The IMM works in synergy with key marketing functions (digital, studio, communications, events, brand) to deliver consistent and impactful campaigns. What You Bring to the Table Industry Strategy & GTM Leadership Plan and lead industry-specific marketing campaigns aligned with growth objectives. Develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new solutions launches by industry, in alignment with Strategic Growth Managers (product-focused leaders within business units). Act as a marketing advisor to Sales teams within assigned industries. Partner closely with Industry Sales Managers to align industry priorities with marketing planning and execution. Collaborate with core functions (digital, studio, communications & events, brand) to execute key tactics. Serve as the central point of contact for marketing within industry groups.

Content & Thought Leadership

Create technically accurate, digestible content in partnership with internal SMEs across business units and sales groups (e.g., posts, whitepapers, articles). Position content as thought leadership to elevate the companys industry profile, serving as the content expert within the Marketing team. Translate technical details into clear, customer-relevant messaging in collaboration with product experts.

Market Research, Insights & Data Ownership

Build comprehensive market reports to inform strategy and execution. Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging technologies. Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive landscape. Own and optimize the customer journey for assigned industries. Ensure data accuracy for market insights, reporting, and decision-making. Provide strategic sales tools, playbooks, and assets tailored to industry needs. Participate in customer improvement processes to align marketing with client expectations and feedback. Support Sales with strategic guidance across the full range of activities.

Events

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings. Partner with events and communications teams to deliver impactful industry-specific activities. Be available to travel outside normal business hours, including weekends, for specific events.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years in B2B or industrial marketing, with proven industry-specific strategy experience. Understanding of industries such as pulp & paper, mining, oil & gas, manufacturing, or similar. Pardot AI-based marketing tools Digital Asset Management tools (DAM) Analytics platforms (Power BI is an asset) Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce is an asset) Written and verbal communication skills in French are required. Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset.
