Play a lead role in partnering with MCT markets and regional leads in launch excellence, including readiness and optimization for a multi-indication blockbuster biologic Build exceptional brand knowledge and understanding of the brand strategy and core value proposition Drive creation of launch deliverables, content development and localization in collaboration with LOCs Support external expert engagement program and congress strategy Drive agencies involved in content creation and coordinate development with medical, ensuring timely and relevant content launches to markets, including approval processes Partner and influence a large, complex cross-functional team including Global Medical, Market Access, Insights, and Clinical Development Basic Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including brand planning and execution (ideally in specialty care) Demonstrated strategic capability: ability to synthesize insights, competitive dynamics, and market needs into clear actionable strategies and tactics Demonstrated agility and accountability: solution orientation and strong collaborative spirit Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in a fast-paced, complex, and often ambiguous environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges Ability to work in a fast-moving, demanding transformation environment Team player with the ability to work within and lead a matrix team High curiosity and willingness to navigate ambiguity, building relationships across countries, cultures, and functions Willingness to make bold decisions, prioritize, and take risks consciously Additional information
