Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Program Oversight & Leadership
Provide daily operational management of detox and residential clinical
Supervise and evaluate counseling staff performance
Conduct and document weekly clinical staff meetings
Ensure all services are client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent
Maintain compliance with HHSC licensing standards and Joint Commission
Conduct monthly audits of client records to ensure compliance
Verify all treatment plans are individualized, signed, and updated
Implement and track corrective actions
Develop and maintain program policies and procedures
Maintain staff training
Carry a limited direct-service caseload providing assessments, individual, and group counseling
Complete and sign all documentation within required timelines
Participate in interdisciplinary team
Enforce client rights
Ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements
Review, sign, and maintain incident reports
Required: Fully licensed LCDC in good standing, with at least 5 years experience in the SUD field
Preferred: Master degree and at least 2 years experience in supervisory position.
