We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Nutritionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a background in nutrition. Fitness is a plus. This role involves assessing patients' nutritional needs, developing care plans, and providing health coaching to support their dietary goals. The Nutritionist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate nutritional status and dietary needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on diagnostic evaluations and patient goals. Provide health coaching to patients, focusing on weight loss, nutrition education, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate records using EMR systems to track patient progress and dietary interventions. Stay informed on current research and best practices in nutrition. Educate patients and families on nutrition-related topics, including long-term dietary management.
