We are currently looking for WI licensed plumbers for new construction on large projects in the area. These will be full-time, year-round positions with excellent pay and benefits. The minimum base wage for a journeyman will be $49.24 per hour. There will raises every June. Total amount of pay and benefits exceed $73/hr.

Wages for apprentices vary in accordance with the state JAC requirements.

Retirement program with zero pay deduction.

Retirement will be paid in at $11.38 per hour with the option of adding more from your base wage.

Full family health insurance is included with zero deduction from your base wage.

Supervisor material? Foreman scale is at least $2.80 over base.

This position has physical requirements which may include but are not limited to lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing up and down and working on ladders, and physical strength and stamina to work overhead, to bend twist, crawl and work on feet for sustained periods Applicants will be required to pass a physical evaluation to assess these requirements.

This position performs duties as a skilled plumber, utilizing the tools, equipment, materials, methods, and practices of the plumbing trades. The Plumber inspects, repairs, and maintains all plumbing and related mechanical operations, including heating, ventilating, and distribution systems in accordance with the provisions of the plumbing codes, pertinent plans, and specifications or job orders. Journeyman or Master Plumber by Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS)Minimally qualified applicants must possess and maintain or be eligible* to obtain licensure as a plumber. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and physical dexterity. To be successful as a plumber, you should be able to work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. To excel in this position, you should have strong technical skills, be a master at troubleshooting and enjoy dealing with people. Diagnose Plumbing and Piping Problems. Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties. Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites. Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems. Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors. Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains. Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections. Commercial & Residential Service, Maintenance & Installs. Rough Ins.
