Answering phones, emails, and client questions with patience and positivity
Scheduling appointments and helping keep our doctors organized
Registering new patients, updating records, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
Handling invoices, payments, and paperwork with accuracy and care
Helping us keep the lobby calm, organized, clean and welcoming (yes, even when things get busy)
Supporting our reputation as a trusted, caring, and professional veterinary hospital What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent (certificate program a plus)
At least 1 year of administrative, reception, or customer service experience (bonus if it's in veterinary or medical fields)
A warm, compassionate personality that makes clients and pets feel at ease
Stellar organizational skills and the ability to multitask like a pro
Strong communication skills—you're great with people in person, on the phone, and over email
Team player who can also shine independently
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism Perks & Benefits You'll Love: 401(k) with matching contributions
Fun company parties & team events
Competitive salary
Dental, vision, and health insurance
Employee discounts (your pets get perks too)
Flexible schedule & paid time off
Parental leave and wellness resources
Free scrubs and jacket (no worrying about work uniforms)
Free food & snacks to keep you fueled
Opportunities for advancement & career growth
Ongoing training & development Why You'll Love Working With Us:
A supportive, fun-loving team of 4 veterinarians and dedicated staff
A chance to make a difference in the lives of pets and their families every single day
